Located in Ashland, Ohio our company was founded in 1985 by Al Farnam. We are a limited liability corporation.
Our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We also respond to emergency calls within 24 hours.
We have six employees.

Our service department is divided in to two areas: Residential and Commercial
Residential includes: Central heat and air conditioning, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, plumbing and electrical, gas fireplaces and radon mitigation.
Commercial (light) includes: Package roof-top units (for heating and cooling), refrigeration, coolers, ice machines.
